Kuayle is an open source project maintained by Bakney srl (P. IVA 04921790236), with registered office at Q.re Aldo Moro 49, 37032 Monteforte d'Alpone (VR), Italy. We are the data controller for any personal data processed through this website.

2. What data we collect

• Data you provide: the contact email address you give us when writing to support or requesting a demo.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type and version, referring page, and timestamps — only when you have enabled optional cookies (see below).
• Self-hosted deployments: when you run Kuayle on your own infrastructure, you are the data controller for the data entered into your instance. This policy does not cover self-hosted deployments.

3. Cookies

We only set cookies once you have made a choice through the consent banner. The categories are:

4. Legal basis (GDPR Art. 6)

• Contractual necessity (§6.1.b): to respond to your support requests.

5. How long we keep data

Contact emails are kept for as long as needed to answer your request and for the legal retention period required under Italian law. Cookie consent is stored locally in your browser and never sent to our servers.

Bakney is based in Italy (EU). Where data is processed by third parties located outside the EEA, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

Kuayle is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We may update this policy. The “last updated” date above will reflect the most recent review. Material changes will be highlighted on the homepage.
